About Redline Garage Door
Redline started in 2012 with one truck and a phone that got answered at 2am. Fourteen years later we run 4 stocked trucks across metro Phoenix, and the phone still gets answered at 2am, by a dispatcher, not a machine.
Every tech is a Redline employee, background-checked and paid hourly, so nobody is commissioned to sell you a door you do not need. We are licensed with the Arizona ROC (#278413), insured, and we publish our starting rates on the service sheet because a price you can read beats a price you have to negotiate.
Most of our work is the unglamorous kind: a spring that let go, an opener that quit in August heat, a door knocked off its track. The job is getting your car out and your door running in one visit, and 9 of 10 times that is exactly what happens.
Fourteen years of repeat customers
The tune-up caught a cable one strand from snapping. A $119 fix instead of a jammed door on a work morning.
They installed our insulated door in 2019 and it still runs like day one. The garage stays about 15 degrees cooler in July.
My opener needed a $6 capacitor, and that is what they charged for, plus the trip fee. Honest crew.
